Welcome! This is the official site of Rotaract District 3830. Rotaract is a program of Rotary International which started in 1968. Rotaract clubs are service organizations composed of young people aged 18-30. They can either be university- or community-based. The Rotaract movement has become a global phenomenon, with its 145,000+ members in 7,300 clubs present in more than 150 countries and geographical regions. Rotary International District 3830 covers Makati, Pateros, Taguig, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, and Palawan. Currently, there are 43 Rotaract clubs in RID 3830, serving as Rotary's partners in service.
